What is Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA)?

YMHFA is an interactive and informational session designed to teach individuals how to support an adolescent (age 12-18) who is facing a mental health challenge, addiction, or who is in crisis.

Each session is taught by a trained professional.
Who should attend YMHFA?

Parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, neighbors, health & human services workers, etc.

If you work with youth, or have a youth in your life, this class is for you!
Does YMHFA training cost money?

No. This program is free to attend. Pre-registration is required.
