Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based, early-intervention course that teaches participants about mental health and substance use challenges.

This class is FREE to attend and is taught by a trained facilitator.

Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is an interactive and informational session designed to teach individuals how to support an adolescent (age 12-18) who is facing a mental health challenge, addiction, or who is in crisis.

 

This class is FREE to attend and is taught by a trained set of facilitators

Family to Family Educational Series

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-class education series for family members of adults living with mental illness.

The course is designed to help all family members understand and support their loved ones with mental illness while maintaining their own well-being.

Peer to Peer Educational Series

The NAMI Peer-to-Peer program is a free, 8 session educational program for adults with mental illness who are looking to better understand their condition and journey towards recovery.
