Support Groups

NAMI Oshkosh offers a variety of support groups that are open for anyone to attend and are free of charge. 

Support groups are often peer-led and offer participants the opportunity to share their experiences and gain support from other attendees.

Family Support Groups

Family

NAMI Family Support Group is a support group for family members, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions. 

Groups meet and the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm. 

Peer Support Groups

NAMI Peer Connection is a support group for people with mental health conditions.  

Groups meet and the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month at 6:30 pm. 

Oshkosh Traumatic Brain Injury Group

The Oshkosh Brain Injury Support Group is for individuals with brain injuries as well as their families and caregivers.
